CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this time, appointments may be adjusted or shortened to honor the schedule and ensure each client receives the best possible experience.
